Single point of accountability across all three initiatives. Chairs the weekly steering committee with Betfred leadership. Manages inter-initiative dependencies and resource allocation.

Ensures architectural coherence across all three platforms. Owns the integration points between Tyk, AI/ML, and the Intelligence Gateway. Maintains the architecture decision record.

Runs sprint ceremonies across all three workstreams. Tracks velocity, manages impediments, and ensures consistent delivery cadence. Reports to the Programme Director.

Project Ramp-Up Timeline

A controlled five-phase ramp-up ensures Betfred is never paying for idle capacity. The team scales from 8 during discovery to 32 at peak build, then tapers to 14 during hypercare and handover.
